Arsh Kaur is a poet and writer born and raised in Panjab, India. She moved to Canada as an international student in 2018 and later completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in psychology and minoring in creative writing.

An advocate for expression, Arsh draws upon the power of language and the guidance of nature to remind readers of the immense love held within them. Her debut poetry collection, You’re on Your Own, marked the beginning of her journey of unlearning. Her second collection, Rooh da Cheta, explores the soul’s remembrance of the Divine, while The Summer I Found My Wings traces a transformation from a self rooted in fear towards one rooted in love. Her writing frequently explores human nature, spirituality, the natural world and the interconnectedness of the universe.
