Ekjoatroop Kaur is an MD candidate at the University of Kansas School of Medicine whose work brings together medicine, mentorship and Panthic service. Beyond her academic studies, she supports emerging researchers through initiatives such as the Vidyarthi Darbar Research Internship and undertakes community work through her nonprofit organisation, Sikhs of Today and Tomorrow.

Driven by a commitment to Panthic growth, Ekjoatroop has developed Gurmat camp curricula, guided students writing Sikh research papers and expanded her work through youth focused projects. She also serves as a Gatka captain at Haria Raangla Gatka Akhara and as Jathedar of Guru Ki Ladli Fauj. With Guru Sahib’s kirpa, she hopes to write books that inspire younger generations and help reshape the narratives through which Sikhs understand themselves and their possibilities.
