Gurprit K Bhambra

Writer, poet and contemplative thinker

Gurprit K. Bhambra is a British Punjabi writer and poet, a lifelong questioner and a mystic at heart, enchanted by the wonder of being alive. Contemplative and esoteric in spirit, her work explores the inner life, identity, cultural inheritance, healing and spiritual transformation, seeking connections between faiths, philosophies and lived experience.

Her forthcoming memoir, Love Is the Medicine, is rooted in Gurbani and draws upon mysticism, psychology and neuroscience. Both witty and reflective, it traces healing and spiritual awakening as an inward journey from conditioning towards wholeness and, ultimately, a return to the Divine, with love as the way home.

Gurprit is also the author of Bibi’s Stories of the Heart, a collection of childhood memories honouring the grandmother who raised her.
